Yeah, I have a big problem. I want to know, how Nintendo creates 3D models in 3ds max 6 which can store 2 Models. I already know, they have to use the same Bone-Structure, but how can I create such a Model file in 3ds max 6?
Does somebody have experience with this? If yes, please help :)

I believe they create only one model and then create textures that cover only certain parts of it, creating an illusion of having multiple models in one much like it was achieved in Unreal Engine 2.0.
