Isn't this against the rules?
I thought it was against the rules to post links to roms. Proxies on the other hand, not sure. Still, the proxies I use are TOR and JonDo. Both are very good software that you need to install onto your computer before you can use them. Tor is a SOCKS5 proxy, which is a client/server connection like you have for MMOs, so would be recommended for games like WoW. JonDo is an HTTP proxy, meant for web browsing. You can't play an MMO over JonDo, and using Tor for web browsing would be slow as hell. There are also proxy web sites, but those come and go a lot, with firewalls blocking them all over the place, so I won't list any.

Please do not do this. Tor isn't meant for downloads or online gaming.

As for the rules, they don't state anything about proxies and VPNs (why would they?).

The game would be a little slow, and you shouldn't download files through Tor. It would be very very slow. But online gaming surprisingly works well, not that slow, only because MMORPG clients like WoW use socks connections. But yes, I wouldn't recommend using Tor unless JonDo doesn't work well and you have no other option.

ProXPN, it's pretty damn fast and it's located in Miami if I'm not mistaken.
Tunnelbear, they only allow 500MB per month, but if you have a twitter than you can add 1GB everymonth as well
