Nevermind, I could edit usrcheat.dat using a program. As far as I know, the 2x movement speed and L for special encounter (shaking grass) works perfectly fine.
Same for Hold L for rebattle, PC anywhere, and quick battle text

I'd take out Stoutland and put Lucario (... )
and take out conkeldurr for machamp, but that's just because I prefer the first gen over the fifth one.

Have any evolution levels been changed?

It takes so long to evolve Scraggy, Larvesta, Pawniard, Vullaby, and Rufflet.

Also, it would be nice to see stat boosts for Rhyperior to make it more worthwhile.
