There's a user who keeps on insulting thru PM. How do I block him?

There's a user who's insulting me through PM. I have done nothing wrong and this person still argues with me. He even insists that I act like a troll in my posts. How do I block that user? Here's the user, BTW.

Go to your ignore list and type in his name.

Your name in the right-upper corner>Drop down menu>Manage Ignore Prefs.

it was his previous sig, he had links to fb, yt and skype. there were 5-6 i think. but it's clean now.

You shouldn't have removed your signature if it did not break the rules. In all factuality, you should've reported the user for some warn-hammering.

I already told him about this issue. Thanks for all the concerns, though. In a matter of days this issue will be fixed.
