ROM Hack Looking for PokeEdit DS (for Pokemon Platinum)

I'm looking for the mentioned hacking program. I found several links, but they're of no use to me: 1 is hosted on 110mb.com but the link's not correct (it has a space in it so obviously it doesn't work, and removing the space doesn't work either), and the other is an older version that isn't compatible with Platinum yet (at least, I suppose so, as I read PokeEdit DS is compatible with Platinum). Anyone knows where to find a Platinum-compatible PokeEdit DS? I need it for some functions that Pokesav and other programs don't have.

Oh, in case it matters: I mean Platinum(U). Forgot to put that in the title.

Doesn't do what I need (to be exact, I need to change exp rates necessary for leveling up. Sav editors can't even begin to do that)

Well, if anyone knows what the addresses are for the 6 fossil Pokemon (Aerodactyl excluded) for changing the EXP rate, please let me know

you can always use cheats
with cheats you get all the fossils and exp rate etc

Unfortunately, there are no cheats to get all fossils except the Gen 1 ones to have the EXP rate of the Gen 1's fossils. I'm not looking for the fastest EXP gain, just an equal but still fair gain.

you can download the usercheat file from the akaio site
it works 100% with every flashcard (i think)
