Did someone actually not see this coming? Even though they didn't have copying/whatever in mind, the similarity is quite too obvious. Inb4 rage about Apple being a bitch against others, but that is just a fact.

If I were in charge of apple I would of paid for a certain % of the business, there would be no need to rebrand and they could of developed an app for the phones for business professionals, the independent company would of got a large cash injection and it would fundamentally help the economy.

They could of bought shares for a pin drop of apples great fortune and as I said it would of helped apple brand the iPhone as a business phone contending with blackberrys line.

But apple of course Apple had to play the bully, along with Steve Jobs quote about destroying android apples giving itself quite a bad reputation. But that wont change their market share at all.

I don't get it.

No one got on Apple's case for taking the name of a popular fruit. If someone came to my orchard looking for a computer, I'd beat them severely.
