What exactly is a "DSi only" game?
Games that only run on the DSi. There's very few of them.
To elaborate a little bit: dsi games do run on the ds, but lose most of their function, most prominently, the use of the extra power and the use of the camera. There are some games that the camera is vital for gameplay, but some dsi games (like Pokemon Black/White) don't need much but the extra power, although the extra power isn't needed for B/W to run on regular ds mode. All in all, don't worry about dsi games. The ones that use the camera suck anyways. :P

EDIT: or am I mistaken with dsi enhanced ones? I always thought they were the same.

So, if I were to get a rom of Pokemon Black, I wouldn't be able to use the camera?
That sucks.
I don't think B/W uses the camera anyways. It only uses the extra power to make gameplay faster than on a ds/dslite.

If you go to the Pokecenter or use the Transciever, you have the option of using the camera for communication purposes.

Those are DSi-enhanced games, actual DSi-only games are rare, but do exist (and usually focus on the camera).
