If you would like to be a guest on The Weekly Temp, TempTalk, or Tempcast Live! you need to email a recording of yourself to gbatempcast(AT)gmail(DOT)com. You can record yourself using Vocaroo, Audacity, the Windows default sound recorder, or whatever you prefer.

In this recording you can talk about any one subject you want for a few minutes. The subject line must be "Tempcast Tryout", and you must state what shows you'd be interested in guesting on in the email. We will listen to this recording to determine your mic quality, charisma, insight, and so one, so make it good.

If your submission is good enough we might even use it as a segment on Tempcast Live!

I'd just like to give a reminder that TempCast Live! is in 24 hours from now. And I'm pretty excited to see how it plays out.

Just join GBAtemp's very own IRC network and join "#tempcastlive". I'm sure it'll be a pretty fun night. Have some preeeeeeetty amazing guests.
It'll be interesting to say the least.

Despite having a go at me last week, I have to thank you for this week, MR_COW. Now I can start reading me some Batman. I like manga and I have a small collection of Transformers comics, so knowing that DC has started reissues, I might actually bother reading some superhero comics for once.

Yes! So currently there are four Batman books(one each week):

Detective Comics - This one is the series where Batman originally appeared(it was up to 881 before the reboot!). The issues are pretty good so far, it's a good book, but not the flagship one.
Batman & Robin - This is the one where Robin plays a big role. I haven't even read it, but it's supposed to be good.
Batman - This is the one you should absolutely read. The first issue had pretty much unanimous praise. It's packed with everything, Bruce Wayne's life, Batman action, and a really good Batman as a detective story/cliffhanger.
Batman: The Dark Knight - This is the overkill series. It's pretty not needed, and I would read it if you OBSESS over Batman and can't get enough, but definitely read the other three before this one. Most people actually hate how the first issue played out, and the last page is HORRIBLY corny.

I've read most, and the others I would completely endorse are:

Action Comics - Never cared much for Superman, but this has been a really great story so far
Aquaman - This was my favorite issue of the whole reboot so far, it is AMAZING. It had me laughing the whole time. Seriously, if you're thinking "Aquaman is so lame, this is going to be horrible", this issue is aimed towards you. It's just excellent.
Batwing - This is a pretty cool book so far. Basically before the reboot, Batman went to parts of the world and picked people to be the "Batman" of their country. They kept this concept for this book. This title deals with Africa, and Batwing is a pretty big ba. I've enjoyed this more than I thought I would, the concept seemed meh.

It's obviously a great time to try out everything you're interested in, but those three are the ones I would strongly recommend, some of the other stuff(all the Green Lantern, Teen Titans, Swamp Thing) are great books, but those three are must reads.
