Genuinely, who thought it would be a good idea to include a very easy access in AIO Switch Updater to download the latest firmware THAT IS KNOWN FOR BEING MASSIVELY UNSUPPORTED BY EVERYTHING?

A friend of mines went on my switch and thought he was helping me by updating my firmware with AIO, now all 35 of my games are corrupted "Corrupted data has been detected, please run a check for corrupted data".

I tried everything, sigpatches, sys patches, booting from different bins, doesn't matter. Everything is gone.

Make sure to never let your friends, mom, dad, or pets update your switch for any reason.

I'm on the latest 21.2.0 & 1.10.2 atmosphere, everything is working normally after clearing the Content folder in atmosphere.
Then applying the latest sig/sys patch. As for homebrew you got alot of re-downloading to do from this link https://gbatemp.net/threads/prelimi...0-ams-1-10-0-please-add-your-findings.677217/

These apps are compatible to 21.01 and 21.2.0, so you gotta delete the old homebrew you have now. Just make sure atmosphere and the syspatches are working first with the games.

I'm sorry to tell you this but once the titles are flagged that way, they are basically wasted. You have to delete and reinstall them. Only good news is: Save games are still there afterwards.
Take that as a lessons learned to not give anyone else access to your hbmenu ever again.

It's a program called AIO Updater, and you didn't think it would update the firmware? Kind of the whole point of why it exists is to update everything.
I would change the key combo to access HBL so your friend doesn't know how to get into it, or better yet, remove AIO Updater and don't use it anymore, you should never rely on updaters like that because things frequently break from updates and there are occasionally special steps that need to be followed when updating Atmosphere, Hekate or FW. Obviously the updater can't inform you about every possible thing that can go wrong so checking the forum before any update is always a good idea to be aware of any known issues or things that need to be done, as long as there aren't any then it's OK to use AIO Updater but by doing it manually you have more control and you can ensure you never get into a situation like this.
