Any idea why my 8bitdo pro 2 controller's "home" and "star" buttons aren't being recognised in the controller mapping?

There is no customization involved with Chiaki Switch AFAIK. There's a newer Chiaki called Chaiki-NG that's being updated still but it's only for PC.

Well it's fine I just assumed you meant for Switch since this is the Switch section. If you can't get it to recognize the buttons even in the mapping there's probably nothing you can do. However you can try asking on the Chiaki-NG github, he's the guy who made Chiaki-NG and he's fixed several things for me that I requested. That's probably your only hope.

Sorry I asked wrong question. I'm new into modded switch. What I know that I can't use wifi in my cfw EMUNAD because I read that I can get ban. So I safe to use wifi while using chiaki?

Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with Chiaki with ps5 where it works great at first but gradually becomes blurrier no matter what. I've tried all combinations of resolution and fps and still the same problem. I've tried using ethernet, Wi-Fi and mobile network to connect. Seems a mobile hotspot with no internet or wifi works best tho. Shame we can't change the bitrate, im thinking maybe thats the issue? because this doesnt happen with moonlight (streaming pc to switch). Please if anyone could help I'd be grateful.

Hello. I have chiaki with my switch. Its work great on lan but when i try to connect i put my outside IP adress and i get registration failed. I open port 8572,9302:9305,9308,9295:9297,59479,62324 tpc/udp and 987 udp.

If anyone uses Chiaki on PC (which not only lets you stream PS4/PS5 to PC, but you can use PC controllers on PS4/PS5) I thought the old versions in the OP were all there were, but apparently they're still working on it. With autohotkey I was able to assign a keyboard key for each of my 3 consoles (2 PS4s and one PS5) and they launch just with hitting that one key, I also have 3 shortcuts one for each console. Pretty cool, and I was able to re-assign the touchpad to select on my PC controller, which is a Wii U Pro using Mayflash Magic adapter.

The main reason I'd rather use a Wii U Pro controller than a Dualshock 4 for example, is a Dualshock gives me about 3-5 hours before needed to be recharged, a Wii U Pro lasts 25-30 hours.

thanks for the tipp, i found in the pre-release/nightly builds a nintendo switch version of chiaki-ng, this is working for me to remote play my PS5 games.. the only thing is, its still buggy and i have every few seconds a jerk..

Just adding a comment to say, thanks to the author of this software. Playing FF7R on my Switch while in bed in another room is great, and I've had no lag or play issues with 720p60.

Just wondering if you are having an issue that framerate/quality drop when playing for about an hour?
Mine is having this issue when playing FF7R but RDR2 is fine, I'm assuming it's because 60fps but if you're playing it smoothly then I guess something wrong with my router...
