I am not trying to be mean but people generally here won't really support Gateway/Sky3ds. Your third one you can try ntrboothax see if you can revive it.
regardless of others opinion towards flash carts, main thing is trying to get it to do something other than black screen or its official recovery mode.

Then the other was about cfw for code making like I used yo of back when it was gateway.

CTRPluginFramework is a modern alternative for an AR cheat system if you're using Luma3DS custom firmware. In my experience with creating GW cheat codes through Gateway's firmware is very finicky. The control set is confusing and often times I keep closing out of the menu, or end up not saving the codes.

I would like to disassemble to create cheat codes for 3DS, but what tools do I need for that? Should I use a cia file or a 3ds file?

Last time anyone asked about the .cx files within Pokemon Rumble Blast was in 2015, which was left as a dead end. Would anyone now have any idea how to decompress or decrypt these or whatever needs to happen for them to become regular .arc and .bcres files again?
Made an account just to let you know that I've found the right program to decompress .cx files for Pokemon Rumble Blast. I can't send links yet since I'm new, but if you google "lzh8_cmpdec", there's a tool on a site called hcs64. Hope it helps you too!

Just finished the tutorial from 3dshacks. I realised I need xorpads to convert .3ds roms I had in the past to cia to be able install them over the wifi via fbi. Godmod9 doesnt have the function anymore and other one the decrypt9 doesnt work with homebrew menu. How else can I get this file out of my 3ds ?

You can use boop

https://www.gamebrew.org/wiki/Boop_3DS

You should be able to build it with godmode9, even though you can use simple cia converter if it still work.

Once again , "Simple cia converter" and all other converters needs xorpads,
[0:] SDCARD --> nccginfo.bin --> NCCHinfo options... --> Build XORpads (SD output)'.

BUT godmod9 doesn't have this option anymore people say it is gone since 2018 and the only other app that is capable of creating this , decrypt9 also doesnt work with latest homebrew launcher.

I remember that godmode doesn't need xorpads anymore. Like, literally just power on with start, go to the .3ds file on the sd card, press A, NCSD image options and go to build cia from file.
So[0:] SDCARD -->game.3ds-->press A-->NCSD image options-->Build Cia from file-->get game.cia

Or you could just install the 3ds file using godmode

Lİke convert tens / hundreds of 3ds files on device ? ... I already know that ... How can I get that file out of 3ds , it was doable before but not now , surely there must be some other app , way

If you read carefully, version 5.0 os 3ds simple cia converter doesn't need xorpads if you use the boot9.bin file. Just go to into godmode, Memory Virtual and select boot9.bin, choose Copy to 0:/gm9/out, pluck sd card into pc and copy boot9.bin to 3DS simple cia converter folder, copy .3ds games to rom folder and convert, hope it helps

I know that these are the 3d model files? but they're stuck in a .bin format? How do I open these for ohana3ds?

Does this trigger upon power on, before the console boots its say OS.

I cant remember the exploits I used for all three, they were done the same, downgraded to 9.0 then an exploit that triggered on power N or could set to a button press.

I know I made a nand backup, but not sure if it was on a old hdr that packed in.

I've read up about ctr transfer, but I can't get my system to do anything on power on.

Ill read up about mtr now or may just buy another thats already done.

I'm just wanting to return making cheat.codes and not sure if you can do this on cfw, thats why I used gateway, for its cheat finder and memory editor engine.

I'm trying to restore my Mii Plaza extdata onto my new console, but I don't have a Checkpoint backup of anything, just the raw files from my old SD card. Is there any way to change them to make them readable by Checkpoint so I can restore it on my new console?

its just the magnet issue I don't have nor do I think my hands are steady enough to hold one in place.
There are instructions on that page for how to test a suitable magnet. You don't even need to hold in in place very long. You can probably find something suitable at your local dollar store (if you have those).

Are you sure "Mii Plaza extdata" means what you think it means? Some Mii Plaza data is stored on the SD card, but I'm not sure how useful it is without data from the NAND.

Those files are encrypted and you will need to decrypt them before you can do anything with them. See https://gbatemp.net/threads/restore-save-data-from-dead-3ds-2ds.606907/ . (Be sure to read the first couple of posts in the thread.)

Yes, I mean the save data from the games on Mii Plaza. I was trying to decrypt the files with 3DS-save-tool, just looking for the keys for secret.py as of this message, however, the method you linked seems much easier, so I will try that instead.
