Hacking Hacked 3Ds Pokemon Transfer

So if I have a hacked 3Ds can I transfer the Pokemon from that Hacked 3Ds into Pokemon Home on an unhacked Nintendo Switch? The Pokemon that would be transferred were not hacked themselves. Any help is appreciated.

What Pokemon game are you trying to transfer to and from? Also you may need the premium plan for this to work based on what I have read in Nintendo's Documentation.

My main goal is to hack the 3Ds download older Pokemon games (Ex: Pokemon Ultra Moon) and still be able to transfer the Pokemon caught in said games to Pokemon Home through Pokemon Bank. I already know that I need a premium plan on Pokemon Home to be able to transfer at all.

Well based on Nintendo's documentation it does sound possible what you are trying to do, Be wary though about using any Pokemon you transfer from 3ds to switch especially if you generate them through pkhex.

did you try this already? im thinking about buying a 3ds to download other games but i cant find anywhere if its possible to transfer
