Homebrew Can a forwarder CIA be forced to run in DS Mode?

I have Pokemon White & White 2 (Legally) on my 3DS through NDSBootstrap. I used the forwarder to create CIAs for my home screen, but they just white screen when I open them. I have already AP patched the two in my quest to fix my problem, but it didn't work. Other games work and these two work if I go into TwilightMenu++ and set it to run in DS Mode instead of default. Is it possible to do this with the forwarders in some way?

perhaps creating a new thread would of been better? none of these people have been on in a few years, plus this thread was from 2020.
