DS mode vs Twilight Menu DS

I am noticing that running my R4 cart on DS mode doesn't have a proper sleep mode implemented. The battery is always red by the end of the day. Does Twilight Menu++ DS have sleep mode properly working? I know that there are some slight issues with Twilight Menu, but overall it runs really well.

Don't think DS mode or twilight menu have a sleep mode.

omg it just consumes the battery the whole time? That would make a lot of sense. There are no hacks to have sleep mode properly implement since this is running on the DS hardware right?

Yea it just consume the battery as it is not in sleep mode.
