Currently using MSI GS63 laptop ( I7 8750 ; 16GB Ram ; GTX 1060 6GB)

Was wondering, is it better to use windows 10 over windows 11 just to have better lifespan for laptop?

Use whichever you prefer using.
Disable telemetry and remove bloatware you don't need.
That should be the ideal :)

I don't know about lifespan, but I just know that Windows 11 is terrible and should be avoided at all costs.
What makes you say this?
It had some issues in the early releases but a lot has changed.
Both Win10 and Win11 have their issues but I wouldn't call Win11 terrible

I hope you're joking, you're opening yourself up to a lot of exploits and malware by using Windows 7.

OS choice makes very little difference to battery life. You can use whatever you like.
