Its reverse, Atmosphère 1.05.2 support Switch Firmware up to 16.0.2

yes exactly that is one of the main changes of the 1.5.1 Atmosphère, you can setup an emulation of the bluetooth pairing database to sd card so both the emunand and sysnand or other emunands can share the same.:

• A feature was added to optionally mirror the bluetooth pairing database to the SD card (thanks @ndeadly).
  • This allows device pairings to be automatically kept in-sync across sysmmc/all emummcs.
  • This is opt-in, and can be controlled by setting atmosphere!enable_external_bluetooth_db = u8!0x1.
  • When enabled, the pairing database will be synchronized to/atmosphere/bluetooth_devices.db.

So you need to setup the corresponding value on SD:/Atmosphere/Config/system_settings.ini and now on the pairing database is read from the file not the *NAND

updated from which version? You just need to be patient with the new versions. They check your SD for crash logs and such, and clean them out. Seems very slow at first, but if you restart after that, it'll be much faster. Basically, if you don't see an error report, it's probably still working.

Just to wait to boot, the first time I updated to 1.5 Atmosphère took 10 minutes to start, I had 500 MB of files on err reports!

nah, you need to update your TESLA and Overlays, go to https://gbatemp.net/threads/tesla-the-nintendo-switch-overlay-menu.557362/post-10121629 and download latest Tesla and overlays what you use.

yes the error give you the Program ID what causes it, in this case 420000000007e51a correspond to TESLA sysmodule, so you need to update these files.

Want to go back to stock to give to a family member since I upgraded to the OLED and dont need the OG anymore.

Ok, you can use factory reset, or even better Daybreak to reinstall you current Firmware and select the option clear settings.

If its already on the latest OFW/SysNAND.... I can just remove the microSD (with Ahtmosphere/emuNAND) and do a factory reset from SysNAND correct? This Switch was never online except to run updates from SysNAND and I want to make sure it wont get banned for future normal use.
