I try to use those MAME core with the latest RetroArch wii to this day (1.14).
When I go into Load Content -> my_rom.zip Retroarch want me to load a core it seem fit to the file extension, and the MAME2003 cores are never show among those...
I guess it is because I missed the .info files for MAME2003 cores A to G but I can not find them anywhere.
Is there .info files for this core ? and otherwise how do you load a rom to run with a MAME 2003 core?
The MAME cores you mentioned (A-G) are modified cores made by @Wiimpathy
They were made to use in WiiFlow Lite through plugins. That is not to say you cannot use these cores outside of WFL, but you will have to use an earlier version of RA. I cannot recall but around 1.9.0 is where things changed.
If you want quick access to these cores, use Hexaeco made by SuperrSonic, although compatibility is not as good.
Using current RA builds, MAME is no better than it was 6 years ago. Trust me when i say, the Wiimpathy cores are the best.
If you cannot find these cores in further search, let me know, then i will link for you.

But my version of pacman.zip cause a exception core dump. Do you have an Md5 checksum of your working version @JuanBaNaNa ? You marked it as working in coreA

No, I've never been able to load it at full speed. You could try to increase frameskip in the core's options though.
But... it won't run smoothly if that's what you're expecting.

The question is that I can’t load at all. Load the core, choose the content and after choose the suggested core again but after some seconds the screen shows a retroarch menu with “no items” words
I don't think NARC has a chance to run. There are no bootleg versions known either. Sometimes the bootleg versions will run while the parent doesn't. MJ Moonwalker, Alien Storm, Slap Fight, Super Hang-On, are examples i can think of where the bootleg needs to be used, there are others i cannot recall.

that's correct, moonwalker, slap fight and super hang on run with bootleg version. Any way my question is, if game back to quick menu and show "no items" is it a rom problem (I need another romset) or a core problem that I need prove with another version?
According to my notes, the narc3 clone rom runs on a midway mame 2003 core, it is not the mame 2003 plus wimpathy cores, but a separate core created by another user. Unfortunately my wii is not available for testing and confirmation.
