It just gets better and better, amazing work @Asdolo.
I can't wait to see injectors for other Virtual Console based on the same UI design and such.
It definitely makes the process loads easier.

Thanks i took me a few tries but one I Make sure there isn't a temp folder before making the CIA. If there is it then delete an save and save The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages.cia to my desktop .

I just had do a bit more reading.

New in v1.2:
Added the option to make real full screen and to export in .3ds format. Plus, "fixed" a bug when CIA generation is done and you wanted to continue using the program.

New version 1.4!

What's new:
* Fixed a bug in the icon.bin generation, which used to have incorrect flags, and the game was not shown in the activity log. (Now it does!)
* Now the app won't close itself after creating a CIA
* Now if you make the .3ds version, the app will also make you the CIA version
* Fixed the "System.IO.IOException: The directory is not empty." error. Now you don't need to check if there's a temp folder.

They did the comparison here, and tried to replicate. The rom is intact, but there's patches files in the CIA that makes possible the trade and other things (Pikachu's cry on the title screen, for example)

No, I didn't say it, but the patches are very rom specific (they are ram/rom replacements as I know)
