In all seriousness, I need to get a legit NSMB2 cartridge now that we have romhacks above 9.2. It's a pain to rebuild a CIA everytime you want to test a custom level, so this will help a lot!

I ment by major screw up on nintendo's part but i'm sure after home menu hax they'll be going over their firmware (and eshop games) with a fine toothed comb from now on looking for exploits and push more "forced" updates like Youtube
Neither will I...unless there will be an in-game update included with : Super Mystery Dungeon, Bravely Second or that upcoming Final Fantasy Game...-_-' I don't want to be forced to update to 10.2 and loose browserhax and themehax since I don't have the first version of Ironfall or Cubic Ninja...

they will block this you do know that I'd give it 5 days max before they force update eshop or push a new fw out their ass like a turd blocking the loophole

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
