Why on earth would you want to stay on 8.2? More interestingly, why the fuck would anyone seek one out intentionally!?

This method @Ronhero developed is to help those people who regret buying an 8.1J 3DS (eg. all of them). Who are now subsequently stuck on, as far as hacking goes, a useless system version.
