ZA/UM Studio's first new game since Disco Elysium, Zero Parades: For Dead Spies, is launching in less than a month. In anticipation of its release, the developers are building up the hype by sharing some new details of the game, with the latest introducing key characters of this spy thriller:

ZERO PARADES: For Dead Spies is an espionage RPG built around psychological depth, broken relationships, and the consequences of failure. Coming from ZA/UM Studio, the creators of Disco Elysium, you play as Herschel Wilk - codename CASCADE - a brilliant but burnt-out operant who’s painfully aware of her past. In her final assignment she can find redemption - or someone to blame for her own mistakes.

Zero Parades: For Dead Spies arrives on May 21, 2026 for $39.99 on Steam (Steam Deck verified), Epic Games Store, and GOG. It will release on PlayStation 5 later this year.

The word Zero and the way it's written makes me think of the Zero Escape series, so I was like , but then it turns out to be something else.
