I pulled my PS3 out of storage to play some classic games last night.
The system read the disc in the system perfectly, and ejected it without an issue.
However when I tried to put a new game in, it didn't sense the disc and won't let me put it in.
It'll take the disc in a cm, then eject it.
I did try pushing the game in, and it will eject.. just not take it in fully.
Any suggestions?
This is a PS3 Slim Model
I've already tried cleaning the disc slot with a q-tip and 91% Isopropal alochol (I didn't push the q-tip in, just brushed the front of the drive) and blew the drive and fans with an electric duster.
-MINOR UPDATE-
I put the system on it's side, accepts and ejects discs without an issue...
But when flat on it's belly like I prefer, it does not
