Actually, they got released about 2 days after it was released. I'm just guessing that your crappy flashcard didn't recognise all the cheats. FAILURE READ THE ACTUAL THING ON THE CHEATS MINISITE!

You need a code, but the process is this:
1. Someone gets the game (commerical cart)
2. Someone dumps it, becomes rom
3. Someone creates a code from the rom
4. You find the code.

So we're missing the step 2 part. We haven't got a rom, therefore we cannot create a code from it.

When it does come out, try checking here for all the cheats:

Maybe try checking the action_replay.xml file.

motion cut for card destroy/reverse
change the icons of a card
enable all card pack
after choosing card the icons will show immediately
motion cut for showing whose turn is that
motion cut for duel
remove the summoning / card effect motion
change the gender of character
a few character modifier codes
speed modifier
walkthrough code
save anywhere
regardless win or lose you will be rewarded
forever players turn
and a few more codes
