I'm reading the thread and I can't seem to find it.

Patch it with THIS -
All you have to do is put the ROM in a new folder and rename the ROM to "ygon" - then put the patch file in the folder and run ygon.exe
It will patch YGO 2011 and fix every shread of AP! Simply change the name to what ever you want after that and you're done

(Also the TTDS firmware in my signature will help, it's the new YSMenu!)

I've had a bunch of freezes myself with this game even after patching :/
Free duel - tag freezes
couple others too.
Cheats freeze it up too, for me.
