Hacking YSmenu help?

How do you use ysmenu? Right now I have a r4ultra r4i. If you need anymore information please ask me. Also I can't follow really complicated instruction (sorry for the inconvenience)

I downloaded the files and I did what it told me to do, for a r4i but the game still froze.

I think figured out part of what I did wrong but now when I try to load the game is say unknown_DIDL_type

Never mind I found a fix for the game I was trying to play.
