Ys Origin gets a release on the Switch

The Nintendo Switch will soon get a release of the Nihom Falcon's Ys Origins. Originally released in 2006, Ys Origin serves as a prequel to the previous games in the Ys series. The game originally received a localization from Xseed in the 2012 and was released for the PS4 and Vita by Dotemu on 2017 with an Xbox One release on the following year. Now, it's time for the Switch to get its own release. Dotemu stated that players in North America will be able to get a physical release from Limited Run Games or get it digitally from the eShop.

European players however, will have access to a standard or a collector's edition of the game. The European physical editions will be revealed in the coming months. For now, there is no date yet on when the game itself will actually be released.

now we just need memories of celceta. I've beaten origins on the pc. celceta and ys 5 are the only two ys games I haven't beaten or even really played.
