SUPER is great for smaller videos which jumping around takes about half a second. If you want to watch films and movies, I'd HIGHLY recommend the imTOO or Xilisoft converters.

Did you try googling that error? When I do the first link talks about not having suitable codecs and also referring to the log file for more details on the error.

SUPER isn't so good with dpg videos. The reason is that the audio in videos desync past some seconds.

Some moonshell converters from 2.0 have this problem. For some reason, with every version that comes out, they use different programs for the conversion. I've tried a lot of them, but the only one that worked was moonshell 2 beta 11 converter. You should try that one.
