my main is activated but my other account that was made on December 1, 2010 did not get activated .

Yes that was for everyone. This is for select users on YT who no longer have to upload a video up till 15 minutes. I just upped a 21 minute video and it went through

So this is why Timeaus (some guy I'm subscribed to....made a battle network 6 patch that is self-titled) was able to post an hour long video of blackness...Even though I don't upload that much no a days i should qualify....i never do anything wrong on youtube.
