Hardware Your Shape how do I get it to work.

I have a 4.3 wii with ciso 20 installe. I have tried to install the ios58 of the disc and I still get it to run. I have read through forms and some people say it works and more say it does not work. Can anyone point me to a tutorial to get my backup to run?
