Your idea of Wii U menu

My idea is the menu used for theming, medals, and more.

I personally think the wii menu is mostly fine. The tweaks that the 3DS has would make it a bit better, but I wouldn't do a complete overhaul. The only thing that bothered me with the wii menu was a limited amount of available channels.

It should be navigateable by both the wiiu controller and the wiimotes (if I want to play a regular wii game, I don't want to sync the wiiu controller). For that reason, it's probably best that that controller just doubles the screen.

RE-lax, buddy. Shit. I think that a menu would be cool, kind of like the 3DS, where it still has the icons but at the top you can select web browser, etc.

I'd like to see something completely new, not like a channel system with the Wii and 3DS/DS. I would say something stream-lined, but the channel system was pretty fast in its own right.

Whatever it is, it'll probably be something original.

First of all, you shouldn't insult a member for asking a valid question.

And in response to the store comment, I think they made up with the Nintendo eShop; A list of featured items, as well as a "Recently Added" and "Top Rated". Much appreciated by me, at least.

For the topic: The OP mentions medals and I think that's very import Nintendo considers adding an achievement system to the U. Nintendo needs to set aside their ego and go ahead and adopt their competitor's gameplay mechanic that gamers have been clamoring for ages. At the very least, they should integrate 3DS play coins with the system menu.

Is there a difference between Achievements Vs. Trophies?

Also do you think they will do download games of like store games?
