Portable Apps
I love it, makes any PC I use my PC whilst I use it. You can find many other portable apps in addition to the ones on that site too.

Just to pimp the idea even more here is some of the stuff I have on my USB drive:
Coretemp Temperature monitor for A64 and intel Core and Core2 series CPUs
CPU-Z CPU identification and information utility
FileASSASSIN Locked file deletion tool (useful when removing malware from infected PCs)
ImgBurn IMO the best disc burning application available
MEGAirc IRC client on the go
MS notepad, yep the one that's in windows already. I like to use my own apps on others computers
Startup Control Panel Like the MSconfig startup pane but better
Process Explorer Like MS task manager but better
