Don't you love it when someone presents their issue with the bare minimum description? It's like they know our favorite guessing game is "what's wrong with my 3DS?".

@NWind, you'll have tell us if it's only Yoshi's New Island that crashes or any other games you have that does it, too.

My best guess is that your SD card is a fake, but that's only because I assume this for everyone's cards.

Since you know it's ARM11 it means you have Luma3DS. As such, please post the COMPLETE info. Dunno, take a picture of 3DS with the error screen with your phone or anything.
Two most likely cases:
1. Game uses new cryto and you don't have the seed. Either launch eShop which will auto download it, or open FBI and go to titles, find the title in question, select it and pick the download seed option.
2. You are getting the 0xc960454b error, which means the SD card is corrupted. You can attempt to fix it by copying everything to PC, reformatting the card and copying all files back, if it doesn't work you will have to buy a new card.

Crash detail:

1. Copy all your stuff on the SD card over to a computer.
2. Reformat the SD card as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size. Use guiformat if Windows can't format it.
3. While empty, run a Full Write + Verify Test using H2testw. You want to ensure your card's free of hardware defects.
4. If your card passes the test, delete the *.h2w test files. Copy everything back onto your card.
5. Turn on the 3DS and hold (Select) button. Your Luma3DS configuration options should be like this:
   • 
   • You may change options if you know exactly what each does.
     
   • However, I suggest you do not mess with ARM11 exception handlers
     
   • IE, that last option should look like this not marked with an x - ( ) Disable ARM11 exception handlers
6. Check again if Yoshi's New Island crashes. If it does, backup that game's save with Checkpoint or JKSM. Do not skip this step.
7. Download a clean CIA copy of that game somewhere. Don't use the one that was used to originally install it. Assume it's a crap copy.
8. Go to FBI > Titles > Yoshi's New Island > Delete Title And Ticket to fully uninstall it.
9. Reinstall your game with FBI using that new CIA copy, and restore your save with whichever save manager you used.
