Sprint's trying to release a 3G case for the iPod touch as well, from what I have heard. Though I wonder if you have to use a specific DATA plan with the Yoison case.

Yoison case has no Data plan. You can use any SIM card and you cannot access the internet on it. I looked up the Sprint Peel case. That one seems to be just a 3G modem like the dongles you get for PCs. No extra phone stuff but you get a portable wi-fi hotspot embedded in an iPod Touch case.
