I think they need to be saved as .pk6 files in pkhex before inserting them.

All you have to do is open the wondercard in pkhex and save it as pk6

I only use PCHex++ Homebrew by Slashcash on 3DS.
I can't use PKHex on PC.

I deleted it, that's a bad one, evidently.
You don't have to have a jp ds, just open your save with pkhex and go to wonder card > import wc6.

Ik, it can't be traded but not sure about the battle

A friend once told me that it's because of the OT.
The ' in the OT makes the game/program_looking_for_cheats think it's an illegal pokemon.
