Homebrew Can anyone give me a legit competitive volcanion file for Pkhex please?

I tried to do mine 2 times but i can't, because when i try to trade (from what i understood, now you can), it says that i can't, and i don't know where the problem is, can anyone help me please, this is my volcanion file...

Download and put the volcanion .wc6 (wonder card) file on your save then reimport your save and receive the legit volcanion at a pokecenter.

i will try, when i do this, can i change ivs, nature etc without any problems right? (obviously if they are legit moves, etc...)
EDIT: Your file says that the met location is Pokemon Movie 13, is that right? I think it should be 18...

I'd just bookmark the Gen VI Event Thread at Project Pokémon for future use. I've not had any trouble with their uploaded Wonder Cards.

About Volcanion's wondercard, the file was ok ; it's just you have to load your save first before adding a wondercard in a box, if you do it on a blank pkhex (without loading a save) it cannot add all legit informations about it, hence displaying pokemon movie 13
