Gaming Xenogears

I want to play Xenogears on my psp but after the first cutscene it freezes on a black screen.
I've tried creating an eboot by myself and also tried one that was pre converted but they both had the same problem.
I have the latest cfw, any ideas on how I can play it?

Use PopsLoader, and try different CFWs 'til you find the one that works ...

Ah I've just read that it works well on the 3.71 m33.. I'll try on that now.
