GCN XenoGC - Game reads but when game boots black screen of doom

Hi, When I try to load a game it passes the launch screen and hangs on blackscreen please help im not sure what to do?

I am using Ritek DVD-R discs.

Have you tried the iso on an emulator or wii? Maybe it's a bad image rip.

I managed to use a different game and it worked but i cant boot ssbm on my gc burnt for some reason?

EDIT: yes i tried the iso on emulator works fine i even tried to obtain ntsc version for sake of it and still hangs.
