But you'll still need to delete your save, from what I found.

This is a translated version, not the greatest translation but still good
The second code, the one you translated as "Invisible open"? It's more accurate to say "Stealth On", as it prevents you from being noticed by enemies, like how XC2 had the option to turn off enemy aggro - except the cheat also affects, and can break, mandatory storyline fights.
"Must dodge" means your party evades every attack.
"Invalidation of fall damage" is better written as "No fall damage"; the 'lucky monster' duo should be "Lucky Monster Spawning On" and "Off"; "The largest chain meter" is "Full Chain Attack gauge".

The 'spiritual title link' mentioned is Ouroboros, and "Infinite Sword Drawing Time" refers to Lucky Seven (I wish there was a similar code for Pneuma, in XC2). The 'tombstone' duo is for unique monsters. Near the end, there's codes for ignoring material requirements for cooking, gem-making, weapon strengthening, and three DLC things.

I do not know what "Auto Reply" means or does, "Rank unlocked in World War 1" is ludicrous (I have no idea what this code does), nor do I know what "fetters" or "transmission lines and factories" mean.

I could be talking out my ass here, but is it possible that "fetters points" could be talking about Future Redeemed's Affinity Points? The only reason I ask is the fact that one of the codes that mention fetters points has dlc in the title.

I'll be honest, I have no idea, I found a version for 2.1 but it was Chinese and so ran it through yandex translator

I've translated this one manually line by line for you guys for 2.1.1. It was also in Chinese, and while I am a translator for like five languages, Chinese ain't one of them. I did my best according to my skills as an interpreter and what would make sense, but some things really were impossible to translate simply because they made no sense in any way, shape or form that I tried translating them in, so take some of them with a grain of salt and be careful when using them. Try them out and report back to me if a cheat code does something other than described, as I then can just edit & fix said description later on.

Find the file for 2.1.1 below. Do keep in mind that the Master Code seems to for some reason be highly unstable. I have my game crashing every so often with even just that mere Master Code enabled. Another code that makes the game crash near instantaneously if you initiate a battle, is the Damage Multiplier codes and the code that allows Infinite Item Pickup Range. Instead, use codes that make you block/evade attacks or godmode, and use the code that allows for a Bigger Item Pickup Range (not the Maximum one). That way you should mostly be safe and not have your game crash on you.

Amazing; thank you so much for that!

what does the Master Code actually do? is it even needed or could it just be removed?

Great work for getting a 2.1.1 version though!

Yeah it's needed. It is there to allow for the codes to function in the first place, like a universal library in a way which contains some necessary functions. And instead of calling these functions again in each code (making them longer sometimes), it is all put into a single "Master Code" (they're usually not referred to as such longer, but I call them that still and some others). If you open the file, it's the first code which is in {} parentheses rather than being in [] brackets. Those codes cannot be toggled off, those which are within the {} parentheses.

However, for testing purposes and other scenarios, there might be reasons for you wanting to toggle it off, and hence I replaced the parentheses with brackets, allowing for toggling. I've made a custom file for that purpose which is also a tad less crashy & includes the "60FPS + 30FPS Cutscenes + UI Fix" code as well, so a combo file. I'll post it along with this post, but do make sure to generally have the Master Code enabled if you wanna use cheats for this game. Do keep in mind that I do not know if there are any codes in here which might not need the Master Code, so assume that they all need them. Also, I have in my version removed codes that crash the game, such as the Damage Multiplier codes and others mentioned above.

And I can already see the question coming: No, not every game has or needs Master Codes.

does this work on Future redeemed? and if some are just specific to that DLC, can you enlighten me?

Might wanna try it yourself first before asking, no?
And the answer is yes, they are shared. Those that say "DLC" are for that DLC obviously as there's no other DLC which adds a new map or area technically as big as that.

i was going to test and remove codes like that the damage multiplier myself as i dont normally use those, i know that some games use master codes, i also remember them as joker and reverse joker codes, i just didnt think they was still used in a lot of modern games
