Ok, I have many xci in preparation for not using SX OS <added>
Do I need to delete them all and start getting the nsp?
Can I convert xci to nsp?

In preparation for what? The second coming of Jesus?

You've literally given no context to your questions. If you are using SX OS then you can use the XCI dumps, if not then you need to convert them (flaky) or better yet re-download as NSP.
