Hardware Xbox one S switches off after 5 seconds

Xbox one s after power surge for whatever reason switches off after 5 seconds or less sometimes as soon as fan kicks in, i have already tested the three chips responsible for power failures on board and power suppy is absolutely fine as i have tested it with another xbox, any help?

I don't own either of the consoles. If you hold the power button for five seconds without it being powered on it might reboot its self automatically and go into maitence mode.

You can´t send it to MS repair? A couple years ago I´ve something like this, and my Xbox was out of warranty. I sent my old Xbox (can´t remember the price, but it was way better than try to fix it) and got an almost brand new (repaired, but just in perfect conditions) from MS about a week after.
