Good morning everyone.
I have an Xbox One S with operating system version 26100.6214.amd64.
Unfortunately, the hard drive suddenly burned out, and I lost all my data. I offered the client the option of installing a new SSD in the system and I'm trying to start the installation procedure, but it's showing the following error: E101 00000503 80070003.
I'm not a console expert, so I'm a bit lost. I've already performed several tests, swapped the SSD for an HDD, removed all the console components, leaving only the essentials, checked the motherboard voltage, but none of that solved the problem.
After some research, I discovered that the operating system version on the NAND might be more up-to-date than the one available on the Microsoft website, which would explain the error. The console doesn't allow downgrading.
I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with an updated version.
