Hardware Xbox One (original) Won't power on?

I have a xbox one, original that will not power on, the power brick stays orange, I have tried several power supplys, also tried a couple of different touch ribbons, I have even tried shorting the power pin direct to ground on the front power board but still nothing. Does anyone have any idea where to start troubleshooting? I have inspected the motherboard and can't see any obvious signs of damage.

I did get it to power on once with a cheap power brick from amazon, although it didn't power on right away, I left it plugged in and walked away and it came on itself after about 20mins. It seems like a very strange fault?

I would say it was the power brick but you said you tried several (where they OEM?). Otherwise, sounds like the traces on the board are shot. Could try "baking" the mobo if you want.
