Gaming Xbox Gamefaq saves on 360

Hello, I want to inject an Xbox original save on Gamefaqof the xbox original game Metal Arms Glitch In The System save in my 360, and the games is region free? Can I inject this save on my 360, if not due to region issues is there an alternative way?

Edit: the save is North American While my game is PAL.

If you have access to your 360's harddrive (be it transfer cable or direct SATA) you can inject it yes.
Just place it in the TDATA/UDATA folders and you're good to go.

As long as the Media ID's match, the save will work.
