Will update this post as I test stuff. More updates than the Wii U this year!

    LT 3.0 - identical, XGD2/XGD3/truncated all work
UI differences - can't find any
    Region Free?! - No.
any ODE devices - same as hacked DVD firmwares, working
Reason for the update? - I actually really don't know this time.

Update is on MS's site if you need it for making a NAND

No idea if dashlaunch got updated yet.

I would do a news format but... eh. Someone write this better if they feel like.

yeah, I just updated with xebuild gui. I had one hiccup regarding installing the official update for avatars and stuff. my flash drive wasn't being detected until I noticed that it was in ntfs format. :P I tested a couple games. everything works as it should.

Man, imagine if it was region free, though? ;-; If Xbox One BC can be region free, then why can't the 360's?

if you're asking if it's worth it, I'd say no. you can't sign in with an rgh anyway. I've found no differences, so it could be a new tos. I think the previous one was like that. it might've been talking about how microsoft can't refuse to fix a "under warranty" system that's been opened. I seem to remember that from somewhere.

btw, dashlaunch is updated. it may suffer the same bug as last time where it would freeze if flashing manually. the reason is that one of the patches is messed up. it won't hinder the system. it's just the coding to exit out after a successful install. it's still perfectly safe. of course, you can inject dashlaunch when building your nand anyway, which is now recommended.
