You will be hard pressed to find anyone openly offering you such a thing around here- games are one thing but messing with XBL is quite another and very much frowned upon.
If you have a JTAG machine then you also have the ping patch option for system link games (only your machine needs to be patched- the host can be stock if you want).

The only thing to use KV's for are modded lobbies. You can unban your 360 with a fresh KV, however as a jtag it will get banned shortly after reconnecting it to XBL. As far as lobbies are concerned, please do not allow more cheaters on live...
