Hello I have a 20GB xbox hdd, I'm trying to copy all my profiles to my new slim, since I disconnected it from my old fat it won't be recognized by it or the slim when I connect a data transfer cable. So I disassembled the hdd carrier and directly connected the hdd it to my PC and wholah it reads. So is there a way I can copy to my PC then transfer to my slim by a USB stick?
Thankyou

Load it up with USB XTAF or Party buffalo driver.
Then you can copy everything off off it.

However to copy it back, you'll have to inject it into your Slim HDD.
You can inject it into a 360 formatted USB drive and copy it over to the Slim as well.

When you say inject into a 360 formated usb drive? Do you mean copy to a USB drive and then just simply insert into the slims usb slot and copy that way? As i do have a usb drive ive formated with the xbox.

If your 20 GB HDD still gets recognized by the old phatty 360 then copy them manually to a USB drive.
If not, you'll have to load it up with Horizon/Party buffalo driver/USB XTAF.

Apologies for the late response, haven't been online much yesterday ;p
