Xbox 360 Falcon 16MB turning off after one second

This is a Falcon 16MB console and I have read the nand and It's backed up. Nands are the same. (I use PicoFlasher)
My console shuts down after a second when I turn it on without HDMI plugged in and with HDMI plugged in it keeps a green light and takes around 10-20 seconds to get RROD. If you know how to fix this, let me know, I'll try to reply quickly and you can request more information about the console and ask for more pictures.

22K Resistors used
Diode in the right direction (Black part to POST)

Try it with the top side pll point. I had similar issues every time I tried to use the bottom. Not exactly sure what causes it. You can also try lowering the resistor value as this has also yielded better boot times on some consoles.
