Hacking Xbox 360 Disk reader broke, JTAG/RGH possible?

Hi,

Recently my xbox's disc reader stopped working, and wasn't able to read game discs anymore.
I got around 30 games, but i don't want to buy a new xbox.
Si I was wondering if it was possible to hack this xbox 360 to play the games from a hard drive.

The xbox is a xenon on V14719.

(I've looked around and i found something with a dvd-key, but since i can't use the disc reader this is pointless for me, was just hoping something new is available for me).

If it weren't a Xenon, you'd be good to go. Unfortunately, Xenons are one of two models not supported by RGH. Technically it works, but it takes Xenons hours to boot, inconvenient enough to not be worth it.

Use it as a doorstop.

Xenons are worthless.
They can't be RGH'd.

What you could do is dump the DVD key and use an Xkey.
That way you can play games from an external Harddisk.
