Are you modifying the update?
Updates are to be used as-is. And they all have installed fine for me.
One thing to remember, the program does not do anything special. All it does is pass a folder name to the Wii U MCP functions. If there is an error, it is because the Wii U is reporting that there is something wrong with your files or destination.
The exact meaning of the errors is unknown. I just added in text based on user feedback and what worked for them.
But the most likely cause is always bad files or incorrect title.tik.
That error code was defined in the original WUPinstaller. It looks like I need to add the word possible to it also.

@dozvgkka69: the previous post stated that FFFC was fixed by shuting down and rebooting the console.

hey just needing some help i used utikdownloader got few games from it yes i own these games on disc before you ask.only one worked to install on usb drive the other 2 says when i press x to install error not a version title.can anyone help.
Hmm, it works fine on my Wii U (it was my son's I was trying before). Exact same SD card, same games, same WUP Installer Mod
I know nobody asked for this but given the icon is somewhat quick work, I decided I would do my own quick work as an alternative.
Alternative icon for the WUPinstaller Y mod. IF yardapede for some sick reason decides it is good enough just take it and put it into the release if you want I do not mind need no credit I hardly put any work or effort aside googling some greek alphabet. I know my taste in looks and stuff is probably shiet.

OK, @Yardape8000 that makes sense - probably update files are somehow corrupted because install always fails at same point for files.
I just wanted to confirm with you because of that error message - if it can also mean "Files are corrupt" that explains it (because install failed for both external HDD and internal memory)
I've been talking with @DanTheMan827 in his uTikDownloadHelper thread and he seems to be able to reproduce the problem.
I have some C# knowledge so will try to look into his code on Github and see if there is anything I can do.
I know we can update directly, but @DanTheMan827 uTikDownloadHelper is pretty neat and would love if installing updates worked as installing main game.

Here is two other alternative ones I did just for keks
And third one with same idea but original color palette more or less. Probably the best one in my opinion.
Icon fashianados can notice the icon change that reflects this mod a little more

And yes, I probably spent way more effort and time with this than I should have. Way more.
when you go find tango project icon files take their SVG files and play around with those you know you have crossed a line

At first I liked the original one you made, but after looking at them for a while I agree, this one is best as it reflects the true progress bar.
And I have no intention of adding GX2 support to get a fancy progress bar to look like the original icon

Only funny thing right now is, as I understand, "WUP" stands for "Wii U Update Package" or something like that in the WUP, but we ain't changing it anymore no sir
someone knows if exist another version (else if someone is working in other mod) with ftp options?
because sometimes the files are not well copied to the sd and copy a big game again to sd is a pain (I copied pokken & mk8 4times; now RE Rev is giving me a hard time (for some reason this time the install % resets after 3000%, and the crcs shows all files perfect...))

I'm corrently install a full game using WUP installer Mod 1.2.1 (Yardape8000) but... title.tik is missing!
