This doesn't happen in most cases, but with some games, I'm unable to install them to my Wii U, since the screen just goes to black with a bunch of numbers in white, freezing the console until I unplug it.

The games themselves don't seem to be a problem for other people who've tried to install them, just for me. On a probably related note, I also haven't been able to install games directly onto my external hard drive in a while, since it just shows the installation progress bar but it never moves past 0%. Does anyone know what all of this means?
